Mr. Salpas has been working with customer relationship management (CRM) tools since 2014, in departments ranging from sales to marketing, and healthcare to public policy. He graduated summa cum laude in 2009 with a BA in Psychology from Maryville College in Tennessee, and has spent half of his career working directly with special needs and at-risk populations. He is a certified Nonprofit Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sharing And Visibility Architect, and Data Architect.

Dr. Salpas has been an independent consultant since 2003. During this time he has supported the strategic planning of innovative environmental characterization campaigns. He is the co-author of the Dynamic Verification Strategy (DVS), an expedited approach to environmental site closure that has been well received and praised by regulators. His direct contribution to these efforts has resulted in the recommended release of over 1400 acres of the Oak Ridge Reservation (ORR) from further action while saving the DOE millions of dollars annually since. This strategy is the guidance for all environmental soil investigations on the ORR today.
