Ken Skinner (left) and Peter Salpas with the poster they presented at the National Environmental Partnership Summit held in Atlanta, Georgia.  The poster describes the Dynamic Characterization Strategy which was developed by Dr. Salpas and Mr. Skinner for soils characterization at the former K-25 Gaseous Diffusion Plant in Oak Ridge, Tennessee.  The poster received the Most Collaborative Best Practice award.
