Salpas Consulting is a small business founded by Dr. Peter Salpas in 2003. Salpas Consulting provides Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database expertise, implementation, project planning, and org administration to most industries. we possess expertise in the areas of:

  • Administration of Classic and Lightning Experience, Sales and Service Cloud, and both standard and console views for Salesforce

  • Creating and managing staff training for unique business units

  • Business analysis for direct customer engagement processes

  • Business development for enterprise-level coordination

  • Project planning and oversight, including database integration and software evaluation

  • CRM customization including workflow, process builder, app development, and more

  • Integration and administration of third-party apps and software

Salpas Consulting also provides environmental expertise, strategic planning, and Data Quality Objective (DQO) development to federal and private clients.  Dr. Salpas possesses expertise in the principles of:

Peter Salpas

  • Co-developer (with Ken Skinner) of the Dynamic Characterization Strategy/Dynamic Verification Strategy (DVS), an expedited approach to environmental site closure that has been well received and praised by regulators.

  • Winner of the 2006 National Environmental Partnership Summit “Most Collaborative Best Practice” award with Ken Skinner for the development and implementation of the Dynamic Characterization Strategy in Oak Ridge, Tennessee.

  • Developed the data quality objectives (DQOs) for soils and concrete at a Department of Energy site in Oak Ridge, Tennessee

  • A primary author of the “Remedial Design/Remedial Action Work Plan for ETTP Zone 1” (1800 acres)

  • A primary author for “Phased Construction Completion Report (PCCR) for the K-901 and Duct Island Areas at ETTP” (680 acres)

  • Co-developer and key author of the K-1420 Combined Probe Technology Test for sensing co-contaminants in subsurface soils

  • Chief Scientist for the $17M Remedial Action Assessment Subcontract at a Department of Energy site in Paducah, Kentucky

  • Project manager and lead scientist for numerous Remedial Investigations and Treatability Studies totaling more than $10M

  • Associate Professor with tenure, Department of Geology, Auburn University

  • Chairman of Auburn University’s Radiological Safety Committee
